Honda is known for giving back to its drivers and the community, and its latest project, part of the "Honda Loves You Back" campaign, includes an LA-based band called Monsters Calling Home. This band shot two of its music videos solely in a Honda vehicle owned by one of the members. One band member even played a set of drums in the back of a Honda Fit!
After seeing the band's "Fight to Keep" music video, Honda decided to give the brand a special surprise. The company lured the band to a fake exhibition to play a song for 600 Honda executives, but instead, they were escorted across the street to the studio where Jimmy Kimmel Live is taped for their biggest performance to-date!
Other actions the brand has taken during the "Honda Loves You Back" campaign include throwing a parade for "Million Mile Joe," who drove his Honda Accord more than a million miles and creating Jack-o-Laterns featuring faces of the brand's fans. Of course, Honda does earn some press with these actions, but we know recipients like the members of Monsters Calling Home certainly appreciate it!
